Ashish Vidyarthi plays the police commissioner whose presence adds twists to the narration.

Though within the finish, the story could be a revenge drama like some of Malashree's previous films, Veera stands out for the method the narration is handled. There’s ne'er a dull moment with one action packed episode when the opposite. Even the comedy parts within the film are action filled. There are a host of characters and everyone has their own area. No single actor, including Malashree hogs the screen. Every character gets enough time to develop. From Cr Simha, Raju Talikote, Ashish Vidyarthi, Rahul Dev and Mukul Dev, everyone gets their chance. This is the primary film during which Komal and Malashree ar paired. There’s no abundant romantic angle in it however it's light-hearted comedy. Malashree churns out a commendable performance as each Malini Iyer and Veeralakshmi. One role is within the traditional Iyer attire of a homely and back girl. The other is of an action star. She fits the bill in each.
