The MAkka Pakka movie story revolves around deaf Harikrishna alias Hakka (Ravishankaragowda), blind Bhuvan alias Bukka (Tabla Nani) and a corpse ahead of Hakka's bookstall. The movie's hero may truly be the ATM card left behind by someone, who gets dead by Pooja (Radhika Gandhi). Pooja and Kamath (Santhosh Bhandari), who work for crook (Aravind) assume that the cardboard is with Hakka. Hence, they follow Hakka and his shut friend Bukka. When several encounters, they entice the couple in an edifice in Mangalore and acquire the ATM card. However there's a twist to the story that isn't terribly convincing.

With a poor script and weak narration, the director fails to impress in any a part of the film. While Ravishankaragowda and Tabla Nani provide a comic relief, Jayasheela steals the show along with her wonderful performance. It’s higher if little or no is mentioned about the Akka Pakka movie. "The film relates to the friendly relationship between 2 physically challenged persons (a blind man and a deaf and dumb person) who sadly get entangled in an exceedingly a murder incident. However they come out of this rigmarole forms the story content. I’m terribly happy regarding each Ravishankar and Tabala Nani who have done thus well within the film. We had to vary the title as a result of there was ton of pressure from accepted literature personalities like Chidananda Murthy and also some pro Kannada organizations. The KFCC has in agreement for a title change and our film has been given the title as town Pakka that really relates to the story terribly well' aforesaid Santhosh.
