The tagline of the movie says 'Nearest to the heart' however it fails to stay up to his promise. Debutant director Mahesh Chinmai fails to impress you with his directorial ability with poor narration and wrong choice of characters.

The story is typical of our hero Santhu (Abhay) falling in love with heroine Savitha (Divya Sridhar). The romance is opposed by Savitha's brother Mohana (Neenasam Ashwath). Then there's revenge in which our hero is beaten black and blue by opponents. She is forcefully married to a different boy Ravi. The climax seems to be stupid with no sense of understanding of the story. Abhay contains a long way to travel to prove himself as a hero. Divya Sridhar impresses you with her expressions. The less said the higher concerning music by AM neel and camera by H Ramesh.

‘Saniha’ may be a tragic tale of lovers. Childhood friends Santhu (Abhay) and Savitha (Divya Sridhar) maintain an equivalent love and feeling as they grow in life. The matter is with their relations. Santhu father Rudraiah (Shobaraj) is working illicit liquor which is against to the excise policy. He has retaliation against Savitha elder brother Ninasam Ashwath.

In one of the cases Santhu whereas driving his machine with illicit liquor is caught and this can be the time for treating a lesson to Rudraiah who contains a big political clout. When Rudraiah frees his son his rival Ninasam Ashwath is afraid to understand that his sister given a peck to Santhu in a public place. Against to the wishes of Savitha the wedding is fastened. A day before the wedding Santhu creates disturbance within the house of his lover. He’s beaten badly within the head. Savitha whereas traveling to the venue of wedding and Santhu whereas traveling to the last chance of recouping in a temple are declared dead.
