It would be difficult to classify a film like Paper Dhoni Movie into any genre.  The film starts off with a local incident however move resolute National and International Centre Stage.  It takes up many issues as well as terrorism, poverty, illiteracy, corruption and goonda culture and what not.

When the audience comes out of the theatre look the film, one issue that's absolute to haunt them is the level of amateurishness shown by the primary time director R.K.Nayak who tries to provide solutions to all the issues providing the world. And positively he's not well equipped to take on these issues and weave a credible story. That becomes amply clear because the film moves on.  To your surprise you'd see identical level of immaturity in sequence once sequence and even the dialogues don't look fresh they need been of repeated in repeatedly before. Returning to the positive parts within the film, it's to be afore said that Naveen Krishna has tried arduous to seem convincing in his role. However the tragedy is that his characterization is therefore weak and the story is totally illogical.

The story may be about Chethan who is a rag picker needs to find solutions to the globe through some software technology.  He dreams huge and wants to make an empire like Microsoft.  He dreams to cleanse the society.  IN his dreams, Chethan would become a software engineer heading a company that provides laptops to students and poor farmers only for Rs. 2500. This idea is at first laughed off, however even the ruling government is surprised at the method he's offering the laptops at a lower price.

This success triggers an ambition in his to resolve all the issues featured by the world. As well as in Somalia, Ethiopia and what not. Within the method he meets greedy politicians, pretend god men, international terrorists and uncountable opposed social parts. However Chetan deals with the problems featured by him and world forms the remainder of the story. The story itself is confusing; however the narration is still torturous. The complete issue ends up as a dream.

As earlier said Naveen Krishna shows his talent as an actor.  The heroine Shantala doesn't have abundant house to perform and is seen in 2 songs.  Avinash and Vinaya Prakash don't have any clue concerning their roles. Technically also the film is poorly mounted. Jai Anand who showed promise in films like Bhadra and Murali Meets Meera doesn't show any traces of his power as a cinemetographer. The music is average.
