Lucky is a 2012 Kannada romantic film starring Yash and Ramya within the lead roles. The film is directed by Dr.Soori, a doc doctor by profession, who makes his debut in film direction. Arjun Janya is that the conductor of the film. Actress turned producer, Radhika Kumaraswamy has made the venture underneath Shamika productions along with the help of H. D. Kumaraswamy. The storyline is light-hearted and revolves around Vikram Kumar alias Lucky (Yash) who loves with a tv anchor Gowri (Ramya). Gowri provides Lucky the snub, and helping her keep Lucky at an arm’s length is her dog Joo Joo. Gowri is compelled to resign from her job and takes over as artistic head of an advertising company. Lucky comes for employment interview and problem solving that Gowri would most likely not let him get employment in her work place, he takes on a distinct identity, Vicky, complete with new wardrobe and altered hairstyle. As Vicky builds a rapport with Gowri, he involves understand that she’s yearning for Lucky.

Lucky opened to average response across Karnataka with mixed reviews.
