A good show by director Anchehalli Shivakumar who has selected the idea of live-in relationship. Its deserves and demerits. With a good script and neat narration, director Anchehalli Shivakumar has chosen a special subject of live-in relationship. He has given it a sentimental touch to bring out either side of the idea. The sequences are made, though a few of songs are unnecessarily placed, disturbing the flow of the story.

Hosa Prema purana could be a 2012 Kannada romance film leading newcomer Nitin Gowda, Shraddha Das and Radhika Gandhi within the lead roles. The film is directed by Shivakumar. Prasad Saalumara has made the film below Gajanana Arts banner. Rajesh Ramanath is that the music director of the film.

The story revolves around Prem (Nithin), who incorporates a live-in relationship with Sanjana (Shraddha Das). Their life is disturbed once a guest Nandini (Radhika Gandhi) enters their apartment. Prem faces several embarrassing things that end in variations cropping up between him and Sanjana.

Finally, Sanjana goes away from him to guide a life with Rahul (Neenasam Sathish), a TV anchorperson who involves apprehend of her live-in relationship with Prem. He produces a programme with clippings from their personal life that disturbs Sanjana. Prem decides to marry Nandini who had returned to stay for a few of days with him as she had a tangle with her in-law at her village. However the matter is mishandled by Prem that upsets Nandini who goes away from him to marry another person within the village. What’s the turning point within the story?

Nithin is ideal as a hero and has done an excellent job. Shraddha Das is sort of impressive as live-in partner of Nithin. Radhika Gandhi shines as an innocent girl. Pooja Gandhi makes a short look in a very dance sequence. Music by Rajesh Ramanathan has some catchy tunes. Camera by T Venkatesh is eye-catching.
